Summer Salad Episode 3
With one month of autumn weather almost behind us, it is showing no signs of cooling down. Still salad weather for sure.
Italian Beef Salad
Mixed salad leaves, sun dried tomatoes, tomatoes, pitted olives, bocconcini, flash fried beef, balsamic dressing.

She sews
Finally!!!
Lost my motivation for awhile there. DD2 is going to a birthday party tomorrow.
To say she is excited is an understatement. So what gift to give the birthday girl?
A pencil roll was requested. so a pencil roll was made. This afternoon we are buying a colouring in book. Hopefully a "My Little Ponies" one.
So the only other sewing I have done this year? A very simple skirt for DD2, made back in January. And it is out of My Little Pony fabric! It is a very basic skirt but she thinks I am clever!
