It is hot here. It is summer and the humidity is high. We are enjoying a variety of salads in this steamy weather.
This one is DH's favourite - ........ Chicken Caesar Salad.
Salad leaves, dressing, bacon, chicken, grated parmesan, home made garlic croutons and anchovies on the top.
