I made my first ever batch of scones yesterday. Very easy to mix together. Here they are ready to go in the oven

And here is one piping hot with jam... yum.

That's it! I'm going to have to get myself a rolling pin and try some one the weekend too.
The only thing better than scones with jam and a little cream? Scones with lashings of butter and cheese!
