the stone fruit has been disappointing so far this season. Well what we have has been.
The nectarines were languishing in the bottom of the fridge. I left one out to ripen and it didn't so rather than waste them I turned the into jam.

Our neighbour has an apricot tree which has been lovely. We have enjoyed them fresh and I have stewed some and even the parrots have had a few. I have never made nectarine jam I'm sure yours is yummy.
Well done on the jam making... I love homemade jam and yours looks delicious..
