Nice of you to visit my blog. We have a Weber Baby Q and use the small pizza stone and rack which is an accessory.
I posted here the first time we made them -

It takes a bit of time - I make one to put in the bbq and have another ready when that one comes out - you just always have the next one ready to go in. These are reasonably small, so 4 people can enjoy a slice of each one and you just keep baking!
